Performance is an integral part of the college experience at Shostakovich School of Music, Art & Sport.
But the School is about more than merely training children for successful performing careers. It is also about preparing them to be energetic advocates for the arts, by encouraging them to explore all possibilities - to see things from new angles, hear them from new perspectives.
And equally important, it is about being connected: with one's colleagues, one's history, and with the community at large.
